Shipping
We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation. We can also ship Overnight or Express for an additional charge.
We will e-mail you with a confirmation that your order has been received and an approximate shipping date. The time it takes to deliver your order will depend on whether the item is in stock. If the item is in stock, it should ship to you within 1-2 business days. If the item is not in stock, it may take 1-4 weeks, custom orders may take a little longer. We will let you know right away when to expect your order to ship. If you are ordering more than 1 item, we will attempt to ship whatever we have in stock and ship the rest of your order when it is received.
If your order is for a special event, please let us know what the date of that event is so that we can make sure we will be able to get you your order in time. We will let you know if it is not possible to meet your deadline.
Phone Orders & Payment
We use a secure server for all website orders. If you do not feel comfortable ordering via the website, you may call us and place your order over the phone at 970-584-7543 Mon-Fri 9 to 6 MST. We accept Visa & Master Card on phone orders or you may mail a money order. If using a money order, your order will be shipped when the money order is received.
Returns
We want you to love the products you purchase from us! You will be our best advertising! We are a small family owned company and appreciate your honesty and sincerity if you choose to return an item. If you are unhappy with the item or it does not fit properly, please call us and we will take care of it for you. We will accept returns of an item within 15 days of the date of purchase. There will be no refunds on sale items, exchanges only.
To Return an Item You Purchased...
- E-mail or call us for a Return Authorization Number.
- Return the Item with the RA Number written on the outside of the package. If the item is returned without an RA on it, the package will be refused.
- Any item that you return must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the tags still need to be on it and it should be clean and unworn.
- Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail, the reason for the return, a copy of your original receipt and the item you would like to replace or exchange the returned item for.
- When we receive the item back, we will immediately ship out a replacement/exchange or issue a credit or refund.
